"I don't really care why you need them." Luckily, Jackdawblaze was tactful enough not to say the next part, which was that any RiverClan who handled deathberries stupidly probably deserved their death anyway. "If you really can't get them yourself, I'll do it for you."
Jackdawblaze was not one to do favors unless the outcome interested him. And--oh--it fascinated him indeed to think of how Snakeheart would use these deathberries.

It rapidly seemed like this interaction would become a snort off and Snakeheart let out his own huff of amusement at the idea that he couldnt get the berries for himself. He had before and would again, right now he just needed more berries than he could collect on his own. The clan couldnt know, only a few would understand the need to start fighting dirty and there was only a few he could trust to not screw this tactic up anyway. But by the grace of no ones work but his own Snakehearts tests had born fruit and it was time to begin.
Not here though, too many ears and eyes to raise a ruckus. It was time to head out into the territory.
"We'll both be gathering together, I need a good number and if you screw up and need saving its more reasonable that Im there to actually do so. Come one we've some ground to cover Ive only ever found deathberry bushes in the Lionsrange." Maybe this would be a tolerable venture even, Jackdrawblaze hadnt drove him mad just yet.
Still they needed to move, Snakeheart was getting that itching feeling of being watched and he really didnt like it right now.
