buzzardpaw frowned and rolled her eyes at adderflowers words, feeling her mood slowly becoming worse. ugh! and she was actually feeling pretty good today too. "yeah, whatever." she grumbled, padding after her mentor with a long, dramatic sigh.

walking out into the territory and following not too far behind adderflower, she let out a groan. "the other clans already hate shadowclan! there are way worse apprentices than me, you should be worrying about them, and some of the warriors." seriously, she felt as if she was being targeted just a bit. how would she put shadowclan to shame when there were bunny and traitor sympathizers?

well, i can always go train with wolfwhisper if adderflower becomes too much. she thought with a small grin. wolfwhisper for the win! if adderflower knew that, buzzard bet that she would apologize for everything wrong she's done! (one can dream.) "at least im not a windclan lover or anything, you should be grateful for that much." she added on with a huff, quickening her pace so she was right beside her mentor.

Adderflower huffed.

“The other clans hate us because we intimidate them. We are stronger, cleverer, and better skilled. That means we have an image to protect, you would do well to remember that.”

She rounded past the pines and started to bring her apprentice closer to the border. Slowly the trees were thinning out and the shrubbery was becoming more spaced.

As she heard Buzzardpaw mention that “at least she is not a Windclan lover” she growled and turned back to shoot her apprentice a warning look.

“You better not be but I wouldn’t consider you being any kind of lover. Do cats even like you?” She asked, mockery dripping forms her words.

She didn’t wait for the younger cat to anwsers and instead padded forward until she was a foxtail away from the border. She sat down and nodded at the stop next to her, wordless telling Buzzardpaw to sit down.

“What do you know about Windclan?” She asked as her gaze browsed the open land before them.
