Eyes blinked open, a creamy tabby rolled onto his back exposing his famously furry belly, he yawned and stretched luxuriously, his paws arching towards a nest he thought was empty, they brushed fur.
He flinched.
Blinking, he turned to see Shadowheart in her nest, he gulped,
“Sorry marm, didn’ mean ter brush you,” He yawned, his voice coming out slurred with sleep, he pushed himself up, “Hope I didn’t bother you.”
