Sunkit spotted the mossball at her paws and immediately forgot about that train of thought. Smiling widely, she leapt onto the mossball as stealthily as a two-moon kit could manage, and then tossed it to Turtlekit again. |

Whitewolf accepted the mossball from Turtlekit and looked quizzically back at the two kits instead of returning their ball. She'd keep playing if they wanted to, but she was curious as to whether or not Turtlekit would want to hear an Elder's story. She wouldn't have to say much--just listen--and Whitewolf figured it'd be a good experience for Turtlekit to interact with an adult other than herself.
"Would the two of you like to speak with Aspenbranch?" she asked, knowing Aspenbranch had a couple of good stories. The Elder was one of the few cats in ThunderClan who knew Whitewolf when she was Turtlekit and Sunkit's age.
