Mistyshade's head snaps up. She sees Acornpatch in front of her. "Oh.. Uh.. I'm fine," she meows quietly. It does ' t really sound real. Would Acornpatch believe her? Maybe she could... Shift the topic? That could bring him to forget how she just looked, how down she was, how she was drowining in herself...

Mistyshade forces herself to ignore the topic. She looks back at Acornpatch. "Maybe... Do you,,, want to go... Hunting with me?," she asks, stammering. She needed to make something up fastly... "I... I know I'm,,, uh,,, stammering, but... That's just a cold."

A shiver creeps up in the black tabby molly's inside. She tries to hold it, but can't. Her feelings are threatening to burst out of her. Maybe she should tell Acornpatch the truth...? But what would that bring? One more cat worrying about her? That wasn't what she needed right now...

Honeyleaf skipped over into the clearing, humming to herself. She was so glad Marshkit was back home safely, even though she couldn't help but be a bit... mad and strict with the she-kit. What had she thought, bouncing over to the gathering like she was a warrior? Sighing, she looked around.

"Anyone want to go hunting?," Honeyleaf calls out into the clearing.
