Slowly pale green orbs opened and blinked at the light from the morning. Orchidkit sat up and gave a yawn, shaking his long fur out. The tortoiseshell wearily dragged himself from the nest and believed himself too tired for anything - but he remembered that he had promised to take Timberkit back to the territory today, and he liked to keep his promises. The young kit stayed a bit back as Timberkit seemed to be busy with her mother, so he waited patiently. Orchidkit yawned as he waited but knew that when they started to head out than he would become more awake and more playful.

"A friend You say?", Her mother smiled and looked back out at the clearing. "Well I hope you aren't getting yourself in trouble young kit.", The small She-cat mewed before nuzzling her kit. "I'm not mom..", Timberkit muttered though she could have been in trouble if anything happened at the shadow clan borders. "Alright kit go play now.", The motherly purr her mother let out she was softly nudged to get moving. "Alright mom, bye!", Timberkit mewed before bounding over to Orchidkit.
