Quizzical eyes followed the warriors paws as he buried the rest of the mouse before finally meeting his gaze. "You could've finished eating," the leader remarked, thought decided not to dwell on it. If the scent had been any indication there had been a fox near the nursery and though it was faint, Kestrelstar didn't want to take any chances.

"There's indication of a fox close to the nursery. It's somewhat faded, so it must've just been passing through. Still though, I'd like to make sure it's gone." He hesitated, wondering if he should still ask if Stormpelt wanted to come with. But the warrior seemed eager enough, and that was fine by Kestrelstar.

Giving a wave of his tail, he turned and gestured for the warrior to follow him out of camp.
