Ah, this was one of the outsiders that Splashleap had brought in while he had been gone - Bramblepaw. While he had been part of the Clan for awhile, Kestrelstar had only just announced him as an apprentice at the last meeting. ”Not training you?” he questioned, head tipping to the side. That was disheartening and frustrating to hear. He had assigned... ah yes, Skysplash. He’d have to speak with her later about why Bramblepaw hadn’t been trained.

”Very well. You’re much newer than the other apprentices so we can’t afford to have you fall behind on your training,” Kestrelstar continued, scooting his dinner to the side for now and standing up. Going through the list of warriors, one particular warrior came to mind. Something about the tom made the leader questioned if he actually liked Kestrelstar at all, but personal feelings aside he was a good warrior who hadn’t done anything yet to create feeling of distrust.

Giving a nod to Bramblepaw, Kestrelstar strode past him to stand at the entrance of his den, yellow eyes sweeping across the camp clearing. ”Floodfrost! Come here for a moment.”

Keeping his pelt clean was task he liked to repeat often but he was just getting done with it as he heard his name being yelled through the camp. Making a small mental comment before getting up What does angry bird need now Floodfrost let out a slight sigh and got up,walking into the den to see Kestrelstar and achild right next to him. What do you need sir? Flood gave in a unsurprised tone and kept his face neutral. lashing his tail once Flood turned to look at the app in front of his face. An apprentice? But why now,he was just 6 moons older than when he got to become a warrior,at 14 moons. He never dared to giv either of them,mainly Kestrelstar any sign of his emotions or feelings. Welp,Nice to meet you Bramblepaw,I have no clue what I'm gonna be doing here anyways so lets get this river flowing.
