Why they might fit that specific role: He likes to watch the world burn as well as the fact I want him to kind of be a bad character with some (not a whole lot of) redeeming qualities and he would definitely use his looks for an advantage to bully weaker cats if he could when he's bored. He's also more of a follower and can be dragged around fairly easily
