Sparrowskip thought enough cats had shown up for the event to start so he got himself ready and began to speak again. "Alright, here's how this'll work! I've assigned a number to you all in my head and each round I'll pick a random number. Once picked, the cat that went before that cat will dare them if they haven't been kicked out! You'll get kicked out of the game if you refuse to answer the question or do the dare you have been given. It may seem like a bit much but.. uhhhh.. im sure you'll get the hang of it as we go. I may have to tweak some rules if I think it necessary as we move along but these are the rules for now. I'm sure you all know the premise of truth or dare already so I'll skip over that part.
