The sun was at its highest as Aspenstar leaped onto the Thunderwillow with one powerful leap, not wanting to waste any time with this meeting. She knew that there were kits that were awaiting their apprenticeship, and there were also things she had to announce. And she had to deal with a certain someone, and a public humiliation would prevent the wayward warrior from doing it any more. Her sharp yellow eyes scanned the camp, and she sighed. Some things would have to change. The ruckus and everything at the event a couple days ago was proof of that. ThunderClan needed more stability, and StarClan knows that Aspenstar would bring it. Along with discipline, because it was needed, obviously some cats couldn´t conduct themselves appropriately.

She also knew that cats would be expecting the new medicine cat to be announced, but neither her nor Dogbark had had the sign from StarClan, and the leader refused to let her own eagerness to keep the Clan running interfere. But now, there was nothing to worry about except for the present. She could go brood and stress in her den later. Maybe if this went well, he Clanmates would cheer her up. Unless some of them decided to start fights again. If so, the elders would be getting a lot of new helpers.
