Re: ThunderClan Elders' Den
Oatkit
He flattened his ears in shock at the such harsh deliverance of the story, and gave a fearful glance towards Softpaw once she made such a obvious disapproval. He had an ear tilted towards her as she offered comfort, but he didn't respond. He was too in shock for anything. He shot one last questioning look at the seemingly malicious elder and padded out, his tail hanging low and his ears flat. He saw a nervous Eaglekit and a stiff Mallowkit, his heart speeding up at the sight of apparent fear in Eaglekit's eyes. He stopped at the looming shadow of Dogbark, and let out a small squeak as he fled the den, looking down. As he left he felt the change in temperature, the cool winds lightly ruffling his fur as he turned to see Softpaw sitting outside of the den, with a fearful kit in her fur. He silently turned away, padding towards the nursery. Even if his mothers were missing, he still had Foxpaw. He assumed he was likely busy as he curled up, placing his tail above his nose and closing his eyes, trying to ignore everything he had just heard. Aspenstar isn't like that. But what about Dogbark? He seemed to know what was going to be told before anything even happened, and he seemed happy about it, or, at least Dogbark happy. He winked at Ridgeclaw! Maybe he's just like Buckbranch. He thought fearfully, his fur on end at the thought of Dogbark killing a kit. Trust, trust, trust... His mind chanted, confusing him down to every bone in his body.
