He padded along, his furless, and scared paw limping with him. He hadn't quite figure out how to deal with it, ever since the attack. His mind flashed dangerously to the depths of a river, where he imagined himself drowning, and Shadestorm just watching. The shadow of his family cast over the water, as they watched. Expressionless. All his kids, they were not kids anymore. They we're grown, not needing of him. He was useless. It's best if he was on his own. But his clan, he was loyal to. Even if he was disapproving of Dawnstar, he was loyal to his clan. If his family didn't need him, he still needed them, as much as he hated to admit.

Rain tickled his pelt, making his body flinch at every piercing drop of cold. Shivering, he began to walk at a faster pace, in search for shelter.
