Just as her resolve had begun to crack, they had made it back to camp. Nettletongue's address to the medicine cat apprentice brought her hurtling back into the present, and although her pupils remained wide as river-stones she made an effort to appear relatively normal as she handed off her 4 pieces of catmint.

"Here Rosepaw, I hope this is right... But um if it's not then I'll gladly take it off your paws," she stated quickly, grey eyes lingering on the lovely smelling treasures before giving her head a shake and skittering back to the apprentice den to try and clear the clouds from her head.
