Rabbiteye sniffed the air for prey. there was a bird pecking about behind a rock a few tail-lengths away. he crouched down, his bellyfur brushing the ground as he crept closer. when he was close enough, Rabbiteye leaped over the rock. the bird slammed into his chest as it tried to fly away. Rabbiteye crashed into the ground and delivere the killing bite.
he buried the body for later an went on looking for more
