Thrushfur appeared in the entrance way. His shadow peering over the other cats in the nursery. He didn't want to disturb any cats in here with his existence. His eyes shot to his mate Quailfur, he beamed squeezing through the beds. Appearing before her. He relaxed himself seeing her swollen belly, he couldn't hid his excitement. He could only daydream about his kits one day, being a loving father to them and all. He went and sat beside her, curling his tail over his paws.

" Hello Thrushfur! "
Her fur relaxed momentarily seeing her mate enter, his pale brown pelt shined against the sunlight like a bird taking a swoop. Then entering like a bird perching on a branch. She purred as she watched him sit next to her.

Before she could speak, her stomach gurgled. She sighed inwardly. Glancing towards Thrushfur to see if he could hear the embarrassing sounds from her stomach. Her eyes darting away.
