Quailfur meowed watching the she-kit fill her belly. She was surprised to see how fast Flamekit has eaten the quail. Only a few leftovers were left for the others to spare. She laughed in her mind silently, she didn't know Flamekit was such a big eater. Though everyone is expected to be hungry at one point, she shrugged it off.

" Names.. well we usually name our kits based on coat color. But some names of been thinking of would be Speckekit if one had a speckled coat. Oo! Snailkit would be cute! But I wouldn't want to name my kit after such a slow creature.. Mmm.. Adderkit? No.. maybe Springkit? That would be nice. I'll probably know what to name my kits when they are born. I trust in my instincts to name them well. "

She said silently, her thought process still going rapid with thinking of kit names.

“I’m sure that whatever you name them, they’ll be great. And with you and Thrushfur as their parents, they’ll be good warriors one day, just like I hope to be!” Flamekit smiled. “I have to go see if I can get a head start on my fighting skills, I want to impress my future mentor!”
