Squirrelpaw turned her head around to see the friendly looking striped tom that matched the voice. She thought for a moment then replied, “I was trying to catch a beetle, but I accidentally squashed it.” She realized how stupid she sounded a bit late, for the words she had said made her sound like nothing but a kit. He sat and curled his tail around his paws. Puffing out his chest. He wasn't in a fresh mood because he got his mentor a bit angry at him that delayed some of his training. So he tried to show-off a calm exterior to the she-cat. He wished for some friends instead of having to sit in the apprentice den all day playing with his own paws. He tilted his head and asked.

" Do you like squishing beetles? Or do you do that for your own amusement? I do that too! Frequently. If you're bored, what games do you wanna play? The only games I know are moss-ball and cats of clans - which are kit games. "
