Once the pain had been manageable - then the waves of nausea had started, accompanied by the occasional chills and increased discomfort. She'd opened it again, too, and it oozed something that smelled sour. As much as she'd prefer to mope about in the warriors' den or sit at one of their graves, she couldn't continue to go on like this.
