Brightkit finally calmed down as Blueleap wrapped her tail around him. Finally satisfied, he started to suckle. He felt something else move beside him, but he was far too tired from his tantrum to do anything about it. He wasn't too happy, but the exhaustion overwhelmed him and he quickly fell asleep, still suckling.

Hail’Kit woke up and immediately started chewing on his mom’s paw. Why? Don’t ask me, ask the kitten in the chicken suit… Who is not Hail’Kit, by the way.

Blueleap and Furzeshine
Blueleap sighed as the little blue and white kit settled down and pulled her tail away from him, before resting her head back down on the moss nest. Furzeshine figured that she must be hungry after kitting so he swiftly padded off into the clearing to bring her a piece of freshkill.

It was relatively quiet now in the nursery, well besides the voices of Milkkit and Firekit, most of her kits were asleep now, so that was nice. She was about to fall sleep herself when she felt little pins push down onto her back paw, her head snapped up to see what was biting her and she saw a blue and white tomkit- Hailkit was it? With his little tiny jaws around her paw, she immediately pulled him off her foot, and glared at him with her eyes dilated as a warning, even though the tom couldn't see her just yet. She set the tom back down before resting her head back down.
