Across the field, the ground begins to split in several places. A hand bursts free, quickly followed by a head, then the rest of the body. A horrible, piercing wail breaks free from its dry and cracked lips. More push through. More and more. The other side of the field is soon consumed by their bodies and their screaming.
Tonight, it is zombies. I have faced zombies many times before. They are usually the easiest enemy. And still they come. I draw my two katanas and look around.
