He flinched away slightly at the kit's harsh tone. He soon came to realize that Goldenkit was quite upset, and so he decided it would be best to change the subject.
``Well- how are you doing today?``
Perhaps making polite conversation was a better route to take- maybe not. He'd give it a try either way.
