Pity for the young kit surged under Rainyspirit's fur, it was almost like her own situation but reversed, the tortie sat up, "Im so sorry to hear that.." she smiled gently at the cream she-kit "My name is Rainyspirit, what about you, little one?" she looked around the nursery, there didn't seem to be anyone nearby keeping an eye on the kit, "Do you have any foster parents?" her meow was gentle and she lowered her head slightly to make herself look smaller, and less threatening.
