Sundew padded through the trees, her golden tabby coat shimmering in the dappled sun that made it through the leaves. Her pale green eyes gazed absent-mindedly around the clearing as her thoughts drifted. She flicked the ear that her blue jay feather was held behind, and continued padding forward.
