Copperfire lounges in the clearing, watching the happenings of the clan. With how peaceful everything seems, he can't help but feel a sense of incoming doom. Leaf-bare will be here soon, something his paw makes very clear. Not only that, but the cold air keeps biting at his less furred parts. He can only hide his paws beneath himself for so long, even then his face stings from the colder winds.

So the tom shuffles to better cover his paws with his scrawny frame and hopes the leaf-bare will be warmer than usual. Maybe then prey would be more common too. He'll have to send some cats on patrol soon. Copperfire lets his gaze wander over the cats he can see, taking note of those who might have nothing to do and could be sent to do something actually useful.
