Sootfur's eyes lit up as he heard his name called out by Copperfire. He turned to look for his compaions, happy that he had been assigned with Cloudspots. He'll see me as a warrior now! I wonder what he'll think of my abilities. The kind warrior had helped him learning all of Thunderclan territory before his final assessment, so now Sootfur could orientate himself on his own thanks to him. Of course, it wouldn't be him to lead the patrol, but still.
He didn't know who Cardinalpaw was, but was eager to meet him. It would be good to hunt with his clanmates, and was ready to scan the borders and fight as a warrior, if he needed to.
