Neko flipped through the pages of a book he stole from his local library as he walked through the halls of the villain base. Earlier that day he'd decided to summon a ring capable of altering his appearance so as not to be recognized on his trek to base and because his attention was occupied elsewhere he totally forgot that he looked like a thirty year old man. Now of course he wasn't here to read books, that was just something to pass the time. What he wanted was to find moonlight and he wanted to do it fast.
