Whipping her head around, the grey apprentice's eyes met a certain rascal staring wide-eyed at her and then promptly chasing after her own tail. The massive she-cat let out a jolly laugh. "I-I'm not the o-one who made the nest! You sh-sh-should come n' thank Frogpaw for it inste--ad of me."

Turning to Thunderblaze, she noticed the dark warrior's face turning grim. She didn't know the specifics of the tom's family situation, but figured she could connect some of the dots from what she had heard at the last gathering from Sparrowstar. The kits' mother hadn't made it. "They're in good p-paws here."
