Sootfur was glad to see respect in Foxpaw's words, but he thought she had looked pretty down at some point... I hope I didn't say anything weird. He shot Flameheart a worried look, but her gaze had already turned away and her apprentice was walking somewhere else, maybe to greet the new apprentices.

Before he could ask anything, a noisy kit made his appearance in front of the crowd and his mate whispered something in his ear.
"Oh, he's Beankit then! He looks a bit clumsy, but you know... I was as well, when I was younger. I'm sure he'll grow into a wonderful warrior." He assured her, chuckling at the memories of the many bad impressions he'd made as an apprentice.
