Teddie giggled when Charlie saluted. When she left, Teddie quickly grabbed her art stuff and went to the back of the cave, where she hid them and walked back to the table, still in pain. When Charlie came back with food, Teddie grabbed the rabbit and mouse and went to her hiding spot to do her work. There, while eating, Teddie removed her own socks and put her shoes back on, despite that her feet were freezing, and remade Jerald and Herald the best she could, complete with googly eyes glued on and everything. After the glue dried, Teddie put the new sock puppets on her hands and hid her hands behind her back, and walked to Charlie. She had a smile on her face. "Hey, Charlie." She said, feeling her body silly arm up as she sat by the fire.

Charlie sat next to the fire, watching the flames flicker. It was pretty, but nothing could take her mind off of her sock puppets. They were out there... alone... bloody... beneath the snow... She buried her face in her knees, crying silently. When Teddie approached her, she looked up. "Yeah...?"
