Ciara was scared awake by loud yelling. She jolted to a sitting position quickly, breathing heavily. "I'm up! I'm up! I'm awake!" She cried, her heart pounding hard against her chest. She glanced at where her phone should be and saw the screen glowing faintly by the TV stand. Zero was awake, and she looked mad. Ciara stood up and grabbed her phone. Her alarm was going off, and she pieced it together. I must have knocked my phone off the armrest in my sleep, and the buzzing woke Zero. Ciara turned to her friend. "I'm sorry, Zero..." She said, yawning and stretching.
