"Wait, No, I want to help o-out here!" Not usually was FrogPaw stubborn but she did look less disgusted than some of the warriors. "For... For some reason, I don't feel sad or sick by the sight of this. I'll take o-over for a warrior that can't handle this." FrogPaw seemed rather calm. The only freaking her out was how she felt nothing from the gory sight... "SparrowStar, I... I'm going to help out here. I..." The she-cat ran into the apprentices den than dragged out her moss bed. "I... I NEED A WATER SUPPLY TO SOAK EVERYTHING UP!"

The small grey-blue kitten immediately ran off after her, not wanting to be away from his most comforting cat. He dove under her legs, trotting under her like a bug, trying his best to keep up. There was so much going on.

{ @littlelove @/everyone else i have no idea who else was mentioned }

Why was there so much stuff going on. She had wanted a moment or two to be able to actually calm down, a couple seconds to grieve the fact that there were three bodies hurriedly being paraded out of the nursery. Not that she was going to get that time, with the entirety of Thunderclans smallest generations being pushed into an already undersized den. Ugh. “Yeah, Beanpaw.” Of course they were getting out, any longer and she would, in fact, be sick. Turning her head away from the main commotion, walking instead towards apprentices den, she directed the rest of the group into the den, turning to watch the limping Stormkit fall next to her. “Go on.” Frogpaw seemed to be ignoring the leader, which was frankly annoying, so, brushing past the young molly, she said nothing. It seemed helpful, but it wasn’t what she was supposed to be doing, and right now, where everyone was told to be was the correct location to be. But that wasn’t her problem, there was much too big an issue than a bunch of idiots going off and doing their own thing. Oh boy, oh boy. She breathed in quickly, and out again, keeping her eyes twitching back and forth, watching the stampede of younger cats fill into the den. It would barely hold all of them, but it was better than keeping them out here.

She was moving fast, and honestly, half of it was just to keep her distracted, but hey, it was working. The final few cats padded in, Cinderpaw, Galekit, Rainpaw. And they were filled. A couple words from the kit made her walk over to him. She didn’t know him well, and she didn’t like children much, but he wasn’t being half as annoying as the rest. Besides he was looking for comfort from the only other seemingly intelligent being in the room, and she was certainly not in the mood. Yeah, she’d give this a try. “Hey, buddy.” She lowered her voice from its frantic, slightly annoyed pitch to something she hoped would fit the mood better. “Cinderpaw isn’t feeling well right now. If you’d like, you could sit with me and I’ll explain it to you?” A bit awkward, but close enough.

It was too hot, despite the outside chill. She couldn’t tell if it was from the crush of bodies or something else, but she’d ignore that question for now. Cinderpaw had begun to speak and her eyes stayed focused on the expressions of the kits and apprentices staring at the two of them. Another side glance at Cinderpaw ended with Foxpaw leaning slightly against her side, something that would hopefully be comforting. “I’ll take care of them, you just breathe.” She wasn’t quite sure the other cat was feeling, but she wouldn’t let the molly shatter more than she already had. Everyone in this den would leave perfectly fine. She would make sure of it. It was only when the shriek of a kit rang out that Foxpaw’s heroic mood vanished. Who was this dimwit and why was she here. How had she gotten out of wherever the queens held the kits during a kitting and into this den. How had she ignored the metallic smell and the yells and the red. And how did this numbskull come to the conclusion that this was a party. Beanpaw answered the kit before she could snap at it- which was probably a good thing. “I really don’t think there’s room, Beanpaw.” Hide and seek wasn’t really possible in here, was it. Opening her mouth to follow up for any responses of Beanpaw’s query, she was cut off by the same little imbicile.

Beanpaw and Whoeverkit went back and forth for a while, Foxpaw’s tail twitching with annoyance the longer they took. “Acornkit, three of our clanmates just died. This is not a party and we are not here to play mossball.” Managing to keep the bite out of her voice was difficult enough, but keeping it level was even harder. Here she was having to be some sort of model figure while two- wait no, four cats were doing everything in their power to test her patience. Stormpaw and Beanpaw, were trying at least, better than the other two kits. It would have been better if the two smaller cats had simply learned to stay still and wait, but this was fine. Totally fine, she could handle it. An attempt at navigating her eyes away from the group only ended with getting her ears hurt with an unnecessarily loud scream from Acornkit. A barely with-held hiss was replaced with mild appreciation for Stormpaw. At least he seemed to understand that this was not the right time for screaming or complaining or joking or any of the rest of the activities stemming from Acornkit. Her eyes rolled at his explanation of knowing a Windclanner. She wasn’t old enough to leave the camp, knowing a Windclan cat was ludicrous.

And now the fifth addition to the already monstrous group of chaos appeared. Rainpaw was an older apprentice, he should know better. “Rainpaw, man, just calm down.” Okay wait, maybe that wasn’t such an overreaction. She felt pretty similar, but it wasn’t his job to boss around the rest of them. “Beanpaw, Stormpaw, Acornkit, Blazekit,” a plastered on smile appeared on her face. “How about you all take it to the back of the den, you can play hide and seek there!” Not really, but it would get them away and let her pay attention to those who actually needed assistance.
