Ciara had her arms around her head, her face on her desk, hiding her tears. She didn't even know why she was crying. Why am I crying!? I have things to worry about! But she just kept sobbing and sobbing. She heard her office door open but ignored it until she heard her name in Jamie's voice. She lifted her head to look up. Her hair blocked most of her eyes, but she could still see some of Jamie and Kane. Ciara's face was red and wet with her tears. Kane seemed to back up. Ciara clunked her face back down on the desk, crying still.
“We have good news!” Jamie said and smiled.
