"Oh. Uh, well..." Actually how was he supposed to describe what he'd just seen, it was nothing a newly made apprentice should have been able to do so it kinda made him wonder what else she had up her sleeve. Shadefrost racked through his brain for any word other than scary or frightening,
"I can say with great confidence that it was certainly a surprise and I liked your form as well. I especially liked how instead of just trying to trip me you tried to make sure I was immobilized too, great work." Wow, the tom hardly ever gave compliments to anyone and even when he did it wasn't as if he meant it all the time. But Shade was genuinely impressed with her work, which was more than he could say to any of his former apprentices.
