Akari & Levi

Akari's eyes went wide as she read the text. A missing flight? And missing people? What kind of mystery did she stumble upon? She quickly showed Levi the text, glancing at him with wide eyes, before quickly text back.

Levi_Hunter is typing . . .

Levi_Hunter: That's terrible. I don't remember my parents, and neither does my older brother. They died when we were little, or so I was told. This all sounds very mysterious. I might not be able to relate, but . . .

Akari sent the message and paused. Knowing Levi read the texts, she looked up at him. "Levi-"

"Nope, not a good idea, Akari." Levi responded, cutting her off as he already knew what she was going to say. "They're strangers, how do we know they're telling the truth?" Levi was well aware that not a lot of people were trustworthy based on past experiences, and he didn't want his younger sister rushing into a potentially dangerous situation.

Akari frowned. "But Levi, they said they're parents went missing. What if our parents were still alive, you'd want to search for them too, right?" She asked, wrinkling her nose slightly as Levi accidentally blew some smoke into her face.

"What I'd want is to keep my sister safe." Levi retorted, waving his hand in the air to dispel the smoke. Still, she did have a point. Levi went quiet for a few minutes, taking a few thoughtful drafts of his cigarette. "Alright." He said, finally. "We can help if I go with you. If this ends up being some kind of scam or set-up, I don't want you going alone." He said, firmly.

Akari gave him a bright smile, already starting to type again, fingers flying. "Alright, deal!" She exclaimed, obviously excited.

Levi_Hunter is typing . . .
