Springpaw had remained eerily quiet throughout the rest of the meeting, watching her leader speak with keen eyes. Quite frankly, the molly had felt more and more embarrassed as she sat. She didn’t know what to say. What to express. Of course, she knew Keepers were an important factor for the clan, and since those two recent warriors were made Keeper and Lead Keeper, she was sure that she should at least give some sort of congratulations, right? The thought of speaking once more only made the poor molly give a suppressed shudder, the fur rippling constantly throughout her back. Her unease only intensified as Thrushstar continued, admitting the new deputy of ThunderClan. Bumblebreak? Springpaw couldn’t memorize who exactly she was, but she had heard she was a brave warrior and will most likely make an excellent deputy, but Springpaw had known little to nothing about who exactly she was, so it wasn’t like she could do much except congratulate her.

“Congrats Bumblebreak! I’m sure you’ll make an excellent deputy!” Springpaw spoke, casting the newly-made deputy a side-ways smile. It was brief, and Springpaw felt a tickle in her throat whenever she thought about speaking more, so she had only decided to congratulate Bumblebreak, a bit guilty for not bothering to speak to the newly made Keeper and Lead Keeper. She’ll say something to them another time.
