It was easy for Cinderpaw to busy herself with odd jobs for now, since she didn't exactly know much in the way of herbs - for now, she found herself sorting them into neat (as neat as her huge paws could get them, that is) near the back of the den. That was, until the metallic tang of blood hit her nose. It really shouldn't have surprised the apprentice, being in the medicine den and all, but it was strong enough to make her whip her head around.
She floated towards the two before Sundust had even called, resisting the want to investigate Oriolepaw for any unnoticed wounds in concern. What were these kids doing, getting chewed up by
minks...
"H'okay." Cinderpaw agreed uncharacteristically quietly, antsy to do
anything but knowing she sure as hell couldn't get in the way of Sundust's work. The apprentice watched, alarm in her eyes as her mentor went to go fetch the right herbs, before shaking her head and directing her attention to Oriolepaw. She nodded the black and ginger tom towards an open nest.
"C'mon, sit."
