As much as Mirehound didn't want to leave the former Clanmate alone, she had a feeling that Silvershadow actually meant it when she said she would be waiting for Dawnstar. Silence was prolonged between them before the shadow finally let out a rush of air from her nose, whiskers twitching in amusement. "I don't doubt you can, if you survived five whole moons on your own."

With one last thoughtful blue gaze, the Enforcer waited until Silvershadow was across the outskirts border before turning and making her way back towards camp.
