Beechpaw puffed out his chest with pride when he heard his new name.
Beechpaw. He liked the sound of that. Grinning up at the newly named Blueberrypaw, he gave her a friendly nudge with his shoulder, some of that kit-like joy peeking through once again.
"Well done!" He purred, "How does it feel to be a full apprentice of RiverClan now?"
While waiting for his reply, he cast his eyes around for his mentor. He didn't really know much about them, and didn't remember seeing them around camp. Hopefully they would be a good mentor. @
