Shadefrost gave a chuckle at the apprentices words,
"that's the spirit," he said. Shadefrost slid into a comfortable battle stance then said with a wide smile,
"I'm going to do a quick assessment of your physical abilities before we begin, that way I'll have a good idea of what to teach you going forward." He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, imaging that he was nothing but mist or some vapor of smoke, then he opened and said,
"now attack me. I want you to use any and every move you can think of to bring me down and yes, you are allowed to use your claws if you feel that they'll give you an advantage.
