Blizzardnight lay sleeping in her nest, happily curled around her four, lovely kits, just like she had the previous day after kitting, unable to move them all away by herself. She had started to get a bit worried, slowly getting hungrier and losing her milk. She couldn't bare to leave any of them. At long last, she had heard the approach of a warrior, and called out for help. Together, she and Specklemist had carried the sweet scraps of fur home.
The black queen gave each of them a lick, checking up on them, making sure that they were all healthy and fed.

Summerkit let out a squeak as there paw flew out towards there mother.

Brightnight, a fellow queen who was expecting there first litter had become fond of all kits. "Oh..." she whispered as she entered the den. "T-there so cute!" she whispered. The young and scared queen have a nervous laugh. "Here! Eat t-this." she mewed to Blizzardnight as she handed her a decently sized carp. "It's the best thing Foxmoon could find." she meowed, a bit of pride as she spoke about her brotherly like friend.
