This cat was very loud, Wolfpaw decided. I mean, he knew how to be around loud cats - heck, he hung out with Goldenpaw - but he didn’t meet very many loud warriors, and when they did get loud it was usually because they were upset. This cat, Mudhound, didn’t seem upset though, just loud.

He glanced over towards Pebblepaw as she spoke - he didn’t really know the exactly why she didn’t like training, but he remembered from the session with Cinderpaw that she was more comfortable just watching. Goldenpaw spoke the comforting words and Wolfpaw simply stepped closer so their fur would brush if she allowed it; he wasn’t all that good with words, so he just let Goldenpaw speak for both of them.
