One last plot for Graytail before she dies to Cormorantpaw.

Abandoned, forgotten, awoken tonight

Hell was her life up until now. She meets [Cat 1] who tries to flirt with her. And much to his demise, she doesn't pick up on his hints, she's lost all hope. So eventually he just comes straight out and tells her. But Graytail seems mad at this, snarling that he'll just go missing like everyone else she ever loved. He manages to convince her, however, and they become mates.

I'm salvaged and broken and raging inside

Eventually, after a moon or two of being together, she comes clean. The only one she ever loved completely was her first mate. Who she accepted was likely dead. Her heart was never given fully to another. Her 5 healthy kits also went. But he accepted that and sure as hell said he would stick by her.

Scrapped into pieces like breaking a mind

This is where she starts to get cold and distant toward everyone around her. She was carrying. Again. She refuses to stop training Cormorantpaw, because knowing her luck, all her kits would be stillborn or defective. This were his kits. And she refused to accept that he was still in love with her. Not after every hell she had been through.

My salvaged heart, my salvaged life

The kits are born. One stillborn that looked exactly like Graytail herself, she names this one Fallenkit. [Kit 2], the second one, a mirror copy of [Cat 1], it dies 2 sunrises later because of Fading Kit Syndrome. Another one, the last one. This one was black with white speckles... Riverkit [the genes behind this are from graytails parents, her mother was gray with white speckles, and her father was a black tabby].

Now disassembled, mangled halves

Somehow. It lives. Riverkit lives. Maybe this was Starclans blessing for her misery? She soon realizes, though, that Riverkit never responds to her, and he keeps bumping into the nursery walls. He's blind and deaf. Surely Starclan wouldn't be this cruel... but even she knows Starclan was cruel, because [Cat 1] dies too. She curses Starclan, because she was doomed from the start.

The decades fade, the blueprints die

The names of those she loved or knew died more with each passing moon. Riverpad, Whitekit, Kestrelstar, Snakekit, Butterflykit, Koikit, Mothkit, Turtlekit, and now... [Cat 1] is dying from the minds of others. He died, how was she to cope?

With my ambition's all I have

She doesn't even acknowledge the existence of Riverkit anymore, she hates the kit. She shuns him as Starclan shunned her. Other Queens beg her to take care of her kit, but she turns and growls at them. A dying star is what she was. Dead inside and miserable.

Her blood was boiling, everyone, everything. It was all shattered like pottery. Everyone knew it was useless to glue it back together. Anyone who tries to talk to her realizes their mistake, she's cold, colder than ever, she snaps and tries to claw anyone who even says hello to her, she doesn't leave camp except to train Cormorantpaw, and the only hope she had was a fragile as a string against a blade.

To end you

Riverkit becomes Riverpaw, and she insists on taking him out. She kills her last kit, it was blind and deaf, how the hell could it survive? Honestly she didn't even know how it made it to Apprentice-hood. Riverkit. The end of her kit. Then she takes Cormorantpaw out to train, and that is Graytails last day as well.

That brings a close to the Hell of Graytail.
