Sharpclaw lifted his head, amber eyes squinting as a small RiverClan patrol came into view in the distance. Was that it? He was expecting the entire clan to show up, given the way his clanmates had attacked one of their warriors and apprentices unprovoked. Were they just that confident or did they just not care? Or, maybe they weren't here to fight at all. Whatever the reason, it did nothing to cull the ruthlessness in Bumblestar's words. Once the order to attack was fired out Sharpclaw hurled himself at the patrol, claws unsheathed and itching to tear the hides off those slugs.
