[Undercover]

White, untouched snow coated the ground. Drops of snow fell down from a nearby tree as a robin took flight. Molly watched it fly off, frustration pricking her senses. She was this close to catching it. One more leap and it would have been hers.
I can't afford to keep losing prey like this, especially in winter! she criticized herself as the small, two-colored main-coon leaped down from her tree. She gazed around as she landed softly on the snow. These woods were always dark. And sometimes full of whispered that she never fount the voice to. A bubble of nervousness grew inside her as Molly realized she may never be alone. The cats here were always so...mysterious.
Shaking out her fur and scolding herself for being a nervous kit, the she-cat curled out her claws and tasted the air.
She spotted the two she-cats over by the lake, and her eye she widened. She didn't expect to see anyone here. Rather than going over to watch, she tensed her muscles and leaped back into the tree, her paws landing lightly on the soft bark. Her shadowed gaze shone from the trees a small she watched the greeting.
