Cherrypaw seemed to hate meetings. Sometimes they were good, sometimes they were bad. And this was a bad one. Leaders and deputies always scared her so much, medicine cats and medicine cat apprentices, not so much. But... demoting scared her even more. The molly's ears flattened in fear, backing up. She knew she wasn't mentioned at all in this meeting, but it still scared her. Very much. And her new Dark Forest visitor made things worse since she was beginning to think that no one cared for her. Not even Drizzlecloud.

When Bumblestar said the meeting was over, the tortoiseshell/calico she-cat ran from the meeting place and into the apprentice's den, tears filling her eyes. I wasn't mentioned... but if I am one day...

Weepingwillow laid her tail on the apprentice's shoulders, "I can tell your nervous" the large queen purred softly. "It's fine, just keep doing as you are and you'll be fine."
