He lingered a moment, watching as the patrols began to organize themselves, noticing quickly enough that neither Snakewither nor Sagechaser were likely to make an appearance. He stepped forward again.
"Blackhawk, replace Sagechaser leading the patrol to the Icy Heartlands for lady's mantle, lavender, and mallow." Replacing Snakewither was hardly a priority so he let that one remain with just the three.
He then turned to Hazelstripe. The attitude from his former apprentice was less than appreciated, hardly an excuse that she was now a warrior as she was still dealing with her medicine cat. However, it was also less than worth addressing, especially since he realized he had not described those specific herbs after all. So he turned to her and explained,
"Chickweed are tiny white flowers along low-growing, somewhat like vines with small round leaves. Daisies are flat white flowers with a yellow center. And Dandelions are soft yellow flowers."
