Oh, meeting time! Drizzlecloud hadn’t even heard the call, so she was glad that Mudhound had popped in to let her know about it. She stood up from where she had been sat, slowly trudging her way out of the den. “Of course, I’d love to sit with ya, Muddy.”
She found a spot for them to sit, to which she patted the spot next to her with her tail, making a quiet ‘thump, thump’ sound with her tail. It would be nice to have a companion for this meeting, she thought–and she was glad that someone had approached her first rather than having to approach someone else.
She dipped her head close to her meeting-buddy, gently nosing at the fur along their neck and up towards their ear. “Do you think she’s going to address.. Y’know?” Cracklepaw and everything associated? What would be done? Unless she had already served him a punishment without her knowledge–in that case, she had absolutely no idea.

(I am so sorry I didnt get to this life got really busy really fast omg! If you wanna continue just a chit chat Im totally happy to move it to a private thread to hang but if you wanna cut things were i totally get it)
Before the actual announcements started Mudhound had seemed content enough but a little unsure, rasping a tongue along Drizzleclouds back (and easy place to reach for the maine coon mix) and hummed gently before chirping.
"Dunno! I mean I hope so, even if Bumble-sis doesnt wanna punish Cracklepaw if she doesnt at least mention it cats may riot..... I heard thunderclan did that a lot around when I was a kit and I really dont want to see it now. On the other paw...... Im kinda worried? Im here for Bumblestar, she's kin but we dont agree and I dont wanna stand against her in this." A sigh and the tripod plopped a large head on the medicine cats back, using it as a temporary rest as their eyes scanned the meeting area and settled on Sprucepaw.
"But I promised to protect some apprentices here..... And doing nothing is not protecting them so I'd have to speak up." The warrior seemed to shake themself from their melancholy and proceeded to attack the smaller molly's ears with a large tongue, muttering
"Its being between a rock and another rock." Misremembering the idiom and getting distracted by a wayward herb scrap once caught in Drizzleclouds fur now caught in Mudhounds tongue.
Eventually though announcements started and Mudhound, with little to say that was not already word dumped, sat quiet bringing the medicine cats fur to protection through Bumblestars words.
Eventually though the devil topic about the devil came into focus and the meeting quickly ended. Mudhound seemed..... Not settled by the decision and frowned (an odd sight on the normally happy warrior) turning to the cat beside them.
"Well something was done but...... I dunno what to think. But Im bad at thoughts, what do you think?"
