So loud, and so chaotic. He hated the lack of sense his clanmates showed. But at last, Bumblestar silenced them, though if he'd learned anything by now it wouldn't be quiet for long. But for now, he would relish the silence.

He listened as Bumblerstar explained what actually happened to the two bodies, and his serenity was quickly replaced with raging disgust. He knew this would happen!

Well, not exactly-- but he knew that dang psycho-rat wouldn't stop at tormenting cats outside of ThunderClan. What was Bumblestar thinking putting him in the nursery? What made her think that placing that cat-skinner around ThunderClan's defenseless kits?! For StarClan's sake... He wanted to believe it wasn't her fault; that any cat would have made the same mistake... but he just couldn't. He thought Crackle should have been exiled, or better yet executed.

"I'll take Cracklekit away from here. Can't say I'll give 'em a proper burial, but it ain't like he deserves one anyway." Sharpclaw struggled not to growl anymore as he said this. He wanted, needed, to be the one to put that sorry excuse of a cat in the ground-- or someplace worse if he could get away with it.
