Larchflame winced, she knew that Cracklepaw/kit was.. a difficult cat, at best, and she thought the punishment he'd been given for his stunt at the gathering was fair, but this? Yeah, she hoped he went to straight the darkforest, and that he is actively suffering at the paws of somecat like Eternalstar.

Who in their right mind kills a kit? Especially a kit in their own clan, there was something truely wrong with this kid, and while death was an extreme measure for Bumblestar to take, it was decently justified. Larchflame got to her paws, nodding to Dragonflycliff "Expect me to join you once this one has been dealt with." she indicated with her ears to Cracklepaw/kit's corpse. It seemed she wasn't the only one to volunteer to be rid of him, both Rateye and Sharpclaw had also decided they wanted to be rid of him, she flicked her tail to Sharpclaw in acknowledgement, "Suppose I'll tag along"

 

Larchflame felt apprehension as she made her way over to Cracklepaw/kit's corpse, Vinekit's head was collapsed in on itself, a sight no cat should ever see and one that surely made her stomach drop. Maybe it was for the best that Cracklepaw/kit was gone now, seeing what he was willing to do for stars knows why.

A distraught Mapleface was stood next to Cracklepaw/kit's body, and Larchflames eyes filled with sympathy. Cracklepaw/kit and her were pretty close, being siblings and all. If Larchflame lost Mushroomquiver she'd- well, she didn't know what she would do, but she knew she'd do something she'd regret.. Cracklepaw/kit was a bad person, but Mapleface still cared about him, and it wasn't her fault that he turned out this way. Larchflame touched her tail to the molly's back gently, "..i'm sorry,". There was more she wanted to say to her, but Mapleface wasn't in a great state, so words from a clanmate she's hardly spoken to would probably be no help for her. She made a mental note to check in with the molly later.

Larchflame took the initiative to take the tom's white scruff herself, trying her best to shield the body from the kits who'd come out of the nursery and those watching from the entrance. Although Vinekits' was the one that they really shouldn't be seeing, Cracklepaw/kits corpse was still probably not great for young eyes.
Bumblestar didn't make his death comfortable, thats very clear.
